2 ripe peaches
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup ice cubes
Preparation
In a 2 to 3-quart pan over high heat,bring about 1 quart water to a
boil. Immerse peaches in boiling waetr for 15 seconds; drain.
When peaches are cool enough to touch, in 1 to 2 minutes, peel, pit,
and cut into chunks. In a blender, combine peaches, yogurt, brown sugar,
and cinnamon; whirl on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
Add ice and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes longer.
