Filling Process

We are now using two rotary filling machines able to fill up to 120 bottles per minute from 3 litres down to 250ml. The production lines fill, foil seal and cap for freshness and to prevent leaks, then label the bottles. We also have filling lines for glass bottles for doorstep milk rounds and a per gallon filling line for 3 gallon bag in a box for the catering trade. All of our process plant is high grade stainless steel which is Sterilised prior to filling and washed down and sterilised after production has finished.
