We have introduced 5 filling lines which enable us to output 500 bottles per minute. The filling lines include 3 polly bottle lines which fills at 500 bottles per minute, 1 pergal line which fills at 3 x 13.6 litres per minute and a separate pint glass filling line for doorstep deliveries which fills 200 bottles per minute.

The production lines fill, foil seal and cap for freshness and to prevent leaks, then label the bottles. All of our process plant is high grade stainless steel which is Sterilised prior to filling and washed down and sterilised after production has finished.
